Welcome to Bedido Fashion. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to placing an order.

1. Business Type & Order Eligibility

  • B2B Wholesale Only: Bedido Fashion operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and wholesale exporter. We do not sell directly to retail consumers for personal use.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities per item, style, or total invoice value, as specified on our product pages or custom order quotes.

2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Materials

  • Material Variations: Our fashion jewelry is handcrafted in Cebu, Philippines, utilizing natural components including wood, shell, bone, coconut, resin, and local materials. Due to the inherent nature of natural elements and hand artisan production, slight variations in color, grain, texture, shape, and sizing (within acceptable industry tolerances) are expected and are not considered defects.

  • Product Imagery: Images on our website are representative of our designs. Screen resolution settings and natural material variations may affect how colors appear on your display.

3. Pricing, Quotations & Payment

  • Currency: All wholesale prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, or labor expenses. Confirmed purchase orders with deposits paid will be honored at the agreed price.

  • Payment Terms: Standard orders require a deposit (typically 50%) to initiate production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment release, unless specific credit terms have been authorized in writing. Bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and payment gateway processing fees are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Production Lead Times & Shipping

  • Production Time: As a custom and bulk manufacturer, lead times vary depending on order volume, material availability, and production capacity. Estimated completion dates will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Shipping Terms: Orders are shipped from Cebu, Philippines via international air freight, sea freight, or designated courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). Standard shipments are handled under FOB (Free On Board) Cebu or EXW (Ex Works) terms unless otherwise negotiated.

  • Customs, Taxes & Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, local taxes, customs brokerage fees, and regulatory clearances required by the destination country.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Claims

  • Order Cancellations: Custom orders and wholesale production runs cannot be cancelled once production has commenced or materials have been sourced. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled orders.

  • Inspection & Claims: Buyers must inspect all goods upon arrival. Claims for damaged goods, missing items, or manufacturing defects must be reported to Bedido Fashion in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by photo/video documentation.

  • Returns: No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Bedido Fashion. Return freight costs for non-defective, authorized returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Design Rights: All original jewelry designs, custom catalogs, images, website graphics, branding, and content produced by Bedido Fashion remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bedido Fashion.

  • Custom Client Designs: Designs custom-developed specifically for a client will be treated as confidential and will not be offered to other buyers, provided an exclusive manufacturing agreement has been executed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bedido Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from product delivery delays, customs holds, transit damage, or the use/resale of our products beyond the total invoice value of the specific order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cebu, Philippines.
